Inside, you’ll find 10 five-foot round tables, 60 white folding chairs, and 3 eight-foot banquet tables for flexible seating and dining. Get the party going with a JBL sound system speaker, complete with two microphones, a dazzling disco ball with lights, and fairy lights adorning the south wall for that perfect ambiance. Practical perks include a commercial refrigerator, a small chest freezer, a handicap-accessible bathroom right in the barn, and two portable toilets for additional guests.

Outside, fire up the BBQ (charcoal or gas—your choice!), gather around the firepit area, or cozy up by the operational wood stove on the deck. Enjoy a wall-mounted TV on the porch wall, plus seating galore: 4 rocking chairs, an oval table with 4 chairs, and a rectangular wooden table with 6 chairs.
